Before Shipment

• After 24 hours, if the order has not shipped, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.

After Shipment

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it following our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized Orders

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
