    At Leatherjackets.us, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
    We currently ship only within the United States.
    All orders are shipped from our US warehouse, and free standard shipping is offered on all orders — no hidden charges.

    2. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

    • Transit time: (5-7) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    • Handling time: (2-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    • Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (GMT) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
    • Hours: Available (Mon To Fri) 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM

    Estimated delivery time within the United States:
    7–10 (Mon To Fri) business days after dispatch.

    Please note: Delivery may take longer during holidays or in remote locations.

    4. Courier Services

    We ship orders using trusted UK couriers such as DHL US, UPS, FedEx and USPS.
    All shipments include tracking to ensure your order reaches you securely.

    5. Shipping Address

    Please make sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order.
    If you need to make changes, contact us at info@leatherjackets.us within 24 hours of order placement.
    We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been dispatched.

    6. Tracking Information

    After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
    Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

    7. Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our support team.
    We’ll help you locate your shipment or arrange a replacement if necessary.
    Please note that Leatherjackets.us is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions or incorrect delivery addresses.

    8. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship outside the United States.

    • Orders placed from outside the US will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
